“On behalf of the board and the screening committee, we would like to welcome Niki to the Ohio Mayors Alliance team,” said Mayor Christina Muryn. “Her skills and experience stood out among an impressive and highly competitive pool of candidates.”
Prior to joining the Ohio Mayors Alliance, Niki served as Vice President of Government Relations for the Inter-University Council of Ohio, leading statewide advocacy efforts for Ohio’s public universities. She previously served as Legislative Policy Manager for the Office of the Ohio Public Defender. Earlier in her career, Niki was a litigator for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and a prosecutor.
“I am honored to join the Ohio Mayors Alliance and support the important work of mayors across our state. I look forward to advocating for policies that strengthen Ohio’s cities and improve the quality of life in communities across the state. It’s an exciting opportunity to collaborate with leaders committed to practical, bipartisan solutions,” said Nicole.
