Meetings & Events

This year, our mayors gathered at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum in Columbus for their annual membership meeting. The meeting began with a welcome from U.S. Marine Corps Mayor Jon Sanko. Mayors were also invited to tour the museum at the conclusion of the meeting.

Mayors heard from Lieutenant Governor Jon Husted and Ohio Development Director Lydia Mihalik, and emphasized the importance of bipartisan cooperation and the need to continue working together with state leaders. The mayors also announced their 2025-26 policy priorities and elected one new Board member: Lima Mayor Sharetta Smith.
